If, for any reason you should fail to be satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the original ship date for a complete refund of your purchase price.

To return products, call the Support line at 1-866-682-1992 within 30 days of the original ship date.

When you call, be sure to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must appear on all communications about the returned product and on the outside of the packaging.

To return your product(s), you must:

1. Return them to the shipper in their original packaging
2. Prepay shipping charges
3. Insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment

You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the diskettes is unopened.

Returned products must be in as-new condition. All manuals, diskettes, CD-ROM(s), power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with the product(s). As the customer, you must use whatever means necessary to ensure the product(s) are mailed.
