One Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty Policy

800highTech.com and its vendor, USA Systems, warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. If you discover a defect, 800highTech.com, through their vendor USA Systems, will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of this product at no cost to you provided that you return it during the warranty period, and provided you obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping your defective product.

The RMA number must appear plainly on the outside of the shipping packaging. RMA numbers can be obtained by calling USA Systems at 1-909-598-2486 for return merchandise authorization. For each product returned for warranty service, please attach your name, address, telephone number, RMA number, and proof of date of original retail purchase. You must ship the product(s) to USA Systems in its original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. 800highTech.com owns all parts removed from repaired products. USA Systems uses new and reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and building replacement products. If USA Systems repairs or replaces a product, its warranty term is not extended. This warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for 800highTech.com that can be identified by a purchase agreement from 800highTech.com.800highTech.com provides no warranty whatsoever for any software provided with its products; manufacturers warrant their software separately.

This warranty does not cover the battery, which has a separate 3-month warranty, or components of the system that do not meet USA Systems’ definition of defective including, but not limited to, LCD panels with less than seven (7) defective pixels, damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing unauthorized by USA Systems, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by USA Systems.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been modified without the written permission of USA Systems, or if any USA Systems’ serial number(s) or that of their original equipment manufacturer has been removed or defaced.

The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, whether oral or written, express or implied. 800highTech.com specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties, or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No 800highTech.com dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

800highTech.com is not responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill damage to or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering reprogramming or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with 800highTech.com products.

Note: Before you ship your defective product(s) to USA systems, back up your data on the hard disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CD-ROMs, or PC Cards from your defective product(s). If you have any questions, call USA Systems for technical assistance.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. The 800highTech.com total protection policy repair policies apply to hardware only. Software problems may take longer to repair.
