Our Return Repair Promise:
For one year after the date of original retail purchase, 800highTech.com, through our vendor USA Systems, will repair your product(s) and ship it back to you as soon as possible after your product(s) arrives at our repair facility.
When you return products, you pay for shipping the products to us. You can qualify to have your shipping postage and insurance costs reimbursed electronically to your bank account by following these two steps:
- Prepare a letter that contains your bank name, routing number, and checking or savings account number. This letter must also contain an APO/FPO address.
- Fax the letter to 800highTech.com at 1-530-672-1963. This is a United States telephone number, so you may also have to dial international connection codes.
Once we determine the repair is covered under your warranty, 800highTech.com will reimburse your checking or savings account electronically.
After your product(s) has been repaired, USA Systems will send the product(s) to you via USPS Priority Mail at no charge to you. If your address is in the United States, USA Systems may send the product(s) via UPS.
Our Lifetime Free Technical Support Promise
USA Systems will provide free telephone technical support for the original purchaser of a USA Systems product purchased from 800highTech.com. This free support will continue as long as the original purchaser possesses the product. |
